Personalization
Customization allows you to modify certain details of the model you have chosen, while maintaining its structure and design.
For example, you can request:
- a different length;
- a different color;
- buttons in a different color or material;
- using the fabric of another model to create the garment you like;
- other small changes you wish to make to the model.
In the description of each product on the site, I generally indicate which customizations can be made, so you can already have an idea of the possibilities.
But you don't have to limit yourself to what you find written on the product page.
If you have a particular modification in mind that is not specified, write to me anyway here on WhatsApp and we will evaluate together whether it is possible to carry it out.
How to request a customization?
It's very simple: before making a purchase, contact me via WhatsApp or email.
Describe what you would like to change, and together we will evaluate the feasibility of the request.
Once the customization is agreed upon, you can proceed with the payment on the site as usual. At that point, I will register your request and proceed with making the garment.
During the process, I will keep you involved in the creation, because behind every Alkira garment is me and the artisanal work of my studio.
Tailor-made
Bespoke is something different from simple personalization.
In this case, the garment is tailored to your body measurements, to achieve a more precise fit than that of a standard size.
Sizes are built on average proportions, but our bodies are not all the same.
You might, for example, be very petite and generally wear an XS, but have a larger bust. Or have a very small upper body and more pronounced hips. Or simply have proportions that do not fit perfectly into the parameters of a standard size.
How does bespoke work?
If you are near Treviso
If it is convenient for you to reach me, you can come directly to my workshop.
You just need to write to me via WhatsApp or email to book a free appointment and I will take your measurements personally.
In this way, we can also discuss your needs directly and, if necessary, evaluate any customizations together.
If you are far away
You don't need to be in Treviso to take advantage of the bespoke service.
You can purchase conveniently from the website by selecting “Bespoke +€30” instead of the size.
After receiving your order, I will contact you within the day via email or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information you provided, and I will send you a video with instructions on how to take your measurements correctly.
Once you have sent me all the requested measurements, I will be able to proceed with the creation of your garment.
And during this phase as well, before I begin the tailoring, you can naturally let me know about any requests or modifications you would like to add.
The value of your boss
Minor customizations
Minor customizations are included in the price of the garment that you see on the site.
If, however, a request involves greater fabric consumption or the use of additional materials, I will always inform you of the relative cost before proceeding, so you will know exactly how much you will spend.
Made-to-measure
The made-to-measure service has an additional cost of €30 over the base price of the garment.
You can select it directly on the product page by choosing “Made-to-measure +€30” instead of the size.
Can I have both customization and made-to-measure?
Yes.
The two can also be requested together.
You can therefore choose to purchase a made-to-measure garment and, before production begins, also ask me to modify some details of the model.
The important thing is to communicate your requests to me before work begins.
Shipping
Usually, in our tailoring workshop, it takes about 7 working days to make a garment. However, during periods of high demand, lead times may extend up to 14 working days. After that, it will be shipped and will reach you in 1-2 days.
If you need delivery by a specific date, please let me know before completing your order online. I will check feasibility and provide you with confirmation.
Returns:
Customized and/or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, precisely because they are created specifically based on the requests or measurements of each individual customer.
However, this does not mean that you are left on your own after your purchase.
If you should have any problem with your garment or if something is not as you expected, do not hesitate to contact me. We will evaluate the situation together and I will try to find the best solution.
